In today’s business environment the Tyranny of the Urgent rules, and most technology departments do not have the time or manpower to develop system documentation and then maintain the changes that inevitability come.

Our typical RunBook contains a written set of procedures for the routine operation of your system or network. It is comprehensive and includes critical personnel contact information, network and VLAN mapping, equipment configurations, photographs of in place equipment, equipment company/organization ID and model numbers, IP information and equipment and software inventories.
Visio is great! adding a photograph to the mix, takes it to the next level.
