Every month, ECX Systems provides reports detailing how our services are used by your organization.  These reports provide insight for your team and your company management, providing data for future growth and planning.  They also help to update your Run Book or Disaster Recovery Plan on a monthly, quarterly or semiannual basis… depending on your needs and requirements.  It’s like having another FTE on site that You don’t have to manage.
