• Architect and author of internet security applications such as MaxStat and TCCRadius, used world wide (thousands of copies sold) by organizations such as the United States Government, AT&T, Cisco, Lucent Technologies, Nokia, Compaq and Delta Faucet
• Large scale software and hardware solutions including Complex Event Processing for organizations such as Homeland Security, the Intelligence Community, NGA, and the US Navy
• Is Adjunct Professor in Technology at UT Tyler
• Creation of an exceptionally diverse and robust network of national IT software and hardware providers that allow ECX Systems to deliver Fortune 100 level technology at real world prices.

Keith has extensive experience in application development, systems integration initiatives, contract management, sales management and sales and marketing. Most recently he founded and owned an advanced level internet consulting firm in Washington, DC

David is an accomplished manager and leader, having served in senior management positions for nationwide organizations over the past three decades. An accomplished management professional, David has published articles on leadership, and business development.

His dominant skills are in organizational behavior, strategic management, sales and marketing leadership and employee development.

David manages ECX Services / Operations as well as directing the development of sales channels and vendor relationships.

 

 

 

Shawn L. Bradley
VP, Software Development

Shawn has expertise to deliver on a wide spectrum of different types of software applications.  Some examples include: 

• Commercial desktop application for managing non-profit organizations
• Distributed Internet-based application for managing time and expense data submitted from numerous remote locations, to be collated and billed from the main office
• Object-based graphics software for modeling residential and commercial architectural models
• AutoCAD-based geographic information system (GIS) for a statewide utility company, used to track and manage all company assets from pipelines to electricity poles

Shawn operated his own software development consulting firm – Sunergeo Systems, Inc. – from 1992 to 2009, providing many different types of software development services, until joining the ECX team.

 

 

 

Paul Daniel
VP Network Operations
ECXSystems, LLC

 

Paul brings to the company nearly 20 years of experience working with everything from end-user support to managing a Network Operations Center that services 4000 customers. His skills include providing excellent Customer Service, Advanced Windows Administration, VMWare Enterprise, Enterprise Storage, and Linux Administration. Paul has experience streamlining Application Servers and strives to reduce IT costs for ECX customers across all levels of the enterprise. Paul owned and operated a successful ISP for over 10 years.

As V.P. of Network Operations, Paul is responsible for working hand in hand with our customers to make sure their transition is seamless.

 

 

 

John Klinger
VP Data Center Management
ECXSystems, LLC

 

John brings 15 years of experience working in ISP and Telco operations in the northeastern US. With experience in both traditional copper lines as well as fiber systems, John has created exceptionally diverse and robust networks over the past 12 years. With such a rich background, he is able to anticipate the future needs of data centers, from server space to bandwidth needed, at all locations.

As VP, Data Center Management, John is charged with ensuring client data security as well as location security, redundancy and uptime.
